Research Evaluation Report

Breath Circle collaborated with the Western Sydney University (WSU) research team to develop a robust program logic that guided our research evaluation. Together, we designed pre- and post-program surveys and collected data from over 100 young people who completed our six-week Breath Circle programs across a two-year period. WSU has since collated this data into a formal Research Evaluation Report, which demonstrates measurable improvements in young people’s mental health following program participation.
